drugsandstuff is a public health initiative, run by John Mosley.
John Mosley has been facilitating groups, and providing training and educational courses since around 1986. Much of this was within the HIV, drugs and sexual health fields. drugsandstuff was established in 2004.
With over 25 years experience of working as a trainer, project manager, outreach worker, drugs worker, HIV worker, John brings a friendly positive professionalism to everything he does.
drugsandstuff specialise in providing training and awareness programmes. Covering young people, drugs, alcohol, HIV, hepatitis, infection control, LGBT and sexual health issues. Our clients include drug and alcohol action teams (DAATs), public health teams, social services, schools, drug agencies, Clinical Commissioning Groups, schools and youth services.
You benefit from a truly independent trainer and consultant, with no preferred approach or agency. Daily rates start from £450 per day.
I work closely with you to devise and deliver practical solutions that can help your workers to better support your clients or help your organisation deal sensibly with the areas of work we cover. For staff and clients / service users alike, I aim to improve understanding, increase confidence and develop skills that will enable positive change in people’s lives.

In delivering training I aim to build on practitioners existing knowledge by:

- Encourage and develop reflective practice skills
- Encouraging participants to identify the links between their services and other local partners
- Strengthening professional and ethical standards.
Drug training courses are designed and matched to industry standards (DANOS).
